Questions

What Yulen does, and what is not published.

Yulen turns the shareholders' agreement, the permissions, and the budgets into written rules that people and AI agents follow, with a record of every decision.

What is Yulen?

Yulen turns a company's rules (who decides, how much is spent, what is never done) into written files that people and AI agents read and follow. Every decision is recorded.

Who is it for?

The first segment is new companies and organisations that create companies again and again: venture studios, programmes, accelerators, universities, and funds. It also serves solo founders, partner teams, and funded startups.

Is it a platform for building agents?

No. Yulen does not build agents. It writes the rules inside which the company's agents and tools work.

What happens if an agent wants to do something outside the rules?

The action does not run. The person who has permission is asked, and the answer is recorded.

Who approves a rule?

A person, according to what was agreed (for example, two partners). An agent can propose changes. It cannot approve them.

Who owns the information?

The company does. Yulen keeps it, but does not own it. If you change provider, everything leaves in an open format.

How much does it cost?

Prices are not published. You pay for the capability you turn on and for its volume, never per agent or per token. There is a waitlist today.

Which tools does it connect to?

By MCP, API, or browser. The specific integrations are not published.

Does Yulen hold certifications such as ISO 27001?

Yulen is designed to help with the GDPR and the EU AI Act, and to prepare audits such as ISO 27001. Yulen is not certified.

Where is it available?
