Yulen · For funded startups

There are investors. Every decision is recorded.

The AI and each service work with what the board approves. The record keeps who, when, and why. Investors see only what was agreed. Yulen is not certified.

What gets in the way

01

Reports that take days

Every quarter, days go into preparing data for the board.

02

A review against the clock

When a round arrives, the documents are scattered.

03

The compliance customers ask for

Some customers ask for security and privacy that are not yet in order.

04

AI without board control

The AI and the tools act without reflecting what the board approved, and nothing is recorded.

What changes

01

A panel for investors

Investors see what was agreed, with limited permissions that are granted and withdrawn.

02

Reports from what was recorded

Board reports are built from what the company has recorded. The specific scope of the report is not published.

03

Documents in order for a review

Policies, contracts, decisions, and evidence sit in one file tree.

04

Designed for demanding standards

Yulen is designed to help with the GDPR and the EU AI Act, and to prepare audits such as ISO 27001. Yulen is not certified.

05

The board sets the limits

The company's AI runs each provider's AI within the limits the board approves. Every action stays in the record. The specific integrations are not published.

Questions

What people usually ask.

What does an investor see?

Only what was agreed. Permissions are limited and are granted and withdrawn.

Is this the same as a certification?

No. Yulen is designed to help with the GDPR and the EU AI Act, and to prepare audits such as ISO 27001. Yulen is not certified.

Does it serve an investor's review?

It helps you arrive with the documents, the decisions, and the evidence in order. It does not replace that review.

Can the current tools still be used?

The intended connection is by MCP, API, or browser. The specific integrations are not published.

How it works

Three steps. A person approves anything outside the plan.

  1. 1Write the rules

Agreement, permissions, budget, and what is never done. Each rule is a file with a path and a version.

  2. 2Agents work inside them

An action inside the rules goes ahead. Anything outside is asked of the person who has permission. You choose the AI. There is no published automatic recommendation.

  3. 3Every decision is recorded

The record says what was done, with which permission, and who approved it. If you change provider, the context leaves in an open format.
